Cada estudante com Transtorno do Espectro do Autismo é único, com seus anseios, vontades, dificuldades, estereotipias, tempo...
Após um período de efetivo trabalho com nosso estudante com Autismo, o mesmo pode apresentar enfado e cansaço de atividades pedagógicas, e a oferta de novos conteúdos pode estar muito prejudicada por falta de concentração. Sugere-se então:
1. Permitir o aluno se locomover para fora de sala de aula, com apoio de um interlocutor, (média de 5 minutos) e retornar para o espaço da sala de aula;
2. Fragmentação da atividade - A mesma atividades pode ser resolvida em três períodos, intercalando com auxílio sensorial;
3. Mobiliários confortáveis, na altura correta são importantes para ajudar o aluno a aumentar a concentração e proporcionar a postura adequada;
4. Utilização de diferentes materiais 3D, figuras, imagens, texturas, caixas sensoriais... possibilitando-lhe que ele refine seu aprendizado a atingir as elaborações cognitivas e motoras mais elevadas.
